Dino-Mite High: Prehistoric Pranks

Dino-Mite High was no ordinary school; it was built inside a dormant volcano, home to the funniest, most prank-loving dinosaurs in the Cretaceous period. Our story begins with Rex, a clumsy T-Rex, tripping over his own feet as he rushes to class, scattering his textbooks everywhere. Patty, a sassy Triceratops, rolls her eyes but can't help but giggle. Terry, a laid-back Pterodactyl, swoops down, offering a wing to help.

"Thanks, Terry," Rex mumbled, gathering his books. "I swear, these tiny arms are a curse!" Patty snorted. "More like a comedy show, Rex. You're the only dino I know who can trip on flat ground." Terry chuckled. "Lay off him, Patty. Besides, Rex's clumsiness is how we discovered the hidden cafeteria shortcut last week!" It's a great shortcut for skipping the long lines at lunch.

Their attention was suddenly caught by Principal Stego, a stern Stegosaurus with an even sterner gaze, marching down the hall. "Rex! Patty! Terry! My office, now!" he bellowed, his voice echoing through the volcano. The trio exchanged nervous glances. What prank had they been caught for this time? It couldn't be the 'lava' bubble bath they put in the swimming pool, could it?

In Principal Stego's office, the air was thick with tension. "Someone," Principal Stego began, his voice dangerously low, "replaced all the history scrolls with joke books! Who is responsible for this prehistoric pandemonium?" Rex, Patty, and Terry looked at each other, trying to suppress their laughter. It was Terry's idea, but they had all helped in the 'scroll' switch.

Before anyone could confess, a booming laugh erupted from the doorway. It was Professor Bronto, a jovial Brontosaurus and the history teacher. "Actually, Stego," he chuckled, "those joke books made my class the most engaging it's ever been! The students are finally interested in the past, even if it's through puns and silly stories!" Principal Stego was speechless. Maybe, just maybe, a little prehistoric pandemonium wasn't so bad after all.
